Canonical Terminology and Language Standards of the 10DO Decision Architecture

Language creates structure.
Structure enables understanding.
Understanding supports responsible strategic decision-making.

Purpose

The 10DO Terminology Guide establishes the canonical vocabulary of the 10DO Decision Architecture. Its purpose is to ensure conceptual, methodological, and linguistic consistency across all publications, strategic assessments, books, research papers, educational materials, software applications, and future developments of the 10DO System.

Within the 10DO System, terminology is regarded as an integral part of the methodology itself. Each core term represents a precisely defined structural concept rather than a stylistic synonym. Consistent terminology therefore contributes directly to analytical clarity, scientific rigor, and the long-term integrity of the 10DO Decision Architecture.

Core Philosophy

The 10DO Decision Architecture is a structural methodology for analyzing, organizing, condensing, and supporting complex strategic decision environments.

Its objective is not to replace human judgment through artificial intelligence, but to strengthen responsible human decision-making by transforming complexity into structured strategic understanding.

The 10DO System therefore considers Artificial Intelligence as an analytical capability operating within a human-centered decision architecture in which accountability, ethical responsibility, and final strategic authority remain with human decision-makers.

All terminology used throughout the 10DO System reflects this fundamental principle.

Definition

The 10DO Decision Architecture is a structural methodology for analyzing, organizing, condensing, and supporting complex decision environments. It transforms multidimensional information into coherent strategic understanding by integrating ten structural fields, condensing them into three strategic axes, and ultimately supporting one responsible strategic decision (10–3–1).

The methodology does not generate decisions automatically. Instead, it provides a structured analytical architecture that strengthens human strategic judgment while preserving accountability and ethical responsibility.
